The Sugar Detox is a 10-day challenge, each day includes a lesson and live Q & A session guided by a Thinlicious Certified Coach.
The workbook is yours to keep forever. The challenge videos will be available to replay for 3 weeks from the start of the challenge.
If you choose to use our meal plans and programs, there could be additional costs for food items you may not have on hand, but this is optional.
