How long does the Sugar Detox Last?

The Sugar Detox is a 10-day challenge, each day includes a lesson and live Q & A session guided by a Thinlicious Certified Coach.

Can I access the materials after the detox is over?

The workbook is yours to keep forever. The challenge videos will be available to replay for 3 weeks from the start of the challenge.

Are there any additional costs involved?

If you choose to use our meal plans and programs, there could be additional costs for food items you may not have on hand, but this is optional.

Where do I access my materials?

After you join the detox, be on the lookout for an email from hello@thinlicious.com. This email will include a link to download your workbook as well as all other details you will need in order to participate in the challenge each day. The challenge is held exclusively in Facebook so be sure to join the Facebook group ASAP!!!

Are recipes included?

We have over 500 of our own recipes on our website which are all approved for use in the 10 Day Sugar Detox Challenge. If you want to make things easier on yourself, be sure to add our done-for-you 10 Day Sugar Detox Meal Plan at checkout!
