How long does it take to see results with your program?
During phase 1 of our program, found in the 28 Day Metabolism Reset which usually lasts for 4-6 weeks, you can expect to lose some weight—typically between 7-15 pounds. If you need to lose more than 15 pounds we recommend upgrading to the platinum level of the app.
Can I access the materials after the trial ends?
The free gifts are all digital and downloadable so they are yours instantly, and to keep forever, but you will lose access to the app if you choose to cancel your subscription.
Are there any additional costs involved?
If you choose to use our meal plans and programs, there could be additional costs for food items you may not have on hand, but this is optional.
